Welcome to HIPS Direct 2U - Home Information Packs New legislation stipulates that: | 1. | The Home Information Pack needs to be available before the property is marketed (at present the requirement is merely that the Home Information Pack has to have been commissioned).
| | 2. | A *Property Information Questionnaire, completed by the Seller, will be come a compulsory component.
| | 3. | The use of Insurance on Personal Searches to cover missing data will end. Every property search in a HIP must now contain all the required information. |
